This was a great restoration project done at the Museum of Natural History. To make all the hard work last, BirdMaster bird control specialists (shown in the picture above) installed invisible nettings on the facade to stop pest birds from infesting this building in the future. The same type of netting has also been previously installed in landmarks such as the Capitol Building, Supreme Court, and the State House. http://www.birdmaster.com

Usability and customer services need continual improving at our Boston Public Library beginning with improving how the front line BPL staff are supervised. BPL Managers and Supervisors have made a routine workplace that is oppressive and that effect is experienced by library clientele as offputting. It’s not enough to say that public is welcome. It has to be the actual experience with BPL folks behind the counters and desks.
