INCIDENTS

Robbery – Street

10/14/15 – At approximately 2:35 p.m., an officer was flagged down for a report of a robbery at 666 Boylston St.

On arrival, the officer spoke with the victim, who was standing on the steps for inbound trains at the MBTA Copley station when an unknown male suspect ripped the black iPhone 5 from his hand and fled down Boylston Street towards Dartmouth Street.

Police searched the area for the suspect to no avail, and the victim refused medical attention at the scene.

Investigate Person

10/18/15 – At around 1:35 p.m., police responded to a radio call to investigate a person at Sweetgreen restaurant at 659 Boylston St.

On arrival, the officer spoke to the regional manager who said he observed a an unknown male suspect in the employee locker room, “going through belongings.” The suspect then fled the restaurant onto Boylston Street, where he was observed fleeing the scene in a motor vehicle.

A witness was able to photograph the vehicle’s rear license-plate, and told police that he saw another suspect was in the car.

The victim reported no property missing immediately following the incident, but told the officer that this was the second time her vehicle had been broken into. The victim said the suspect might be the same individual in both breaks, and that he would try to identify him from an available security video.

The officer requested that the victim contact police with the results of the comparison.
