Back Bay resident Lisa Peros, a vice president at Citizens Bank, was recently recognized with a Chairman’s Good Banking Award, the highest honor that RBS Citizens Financial Group awards to its colleagues.
The Good Banking Awards are part of the bank’s commitment to recognizing colleagues for excellence in areas like customer service and involvement in local communities.
Chairman’s Good Banking Award recipients are nominated by the bank’s executive leadership and receive their awards directly from RBS Citizens
Financial Group Chairman and CEO Ellen Alemany.
“Our colleagues’ dedication to serving our customers and the communities in which we do business is at the heart of who we are as a company,” said Jerry Sargent, president of Citizens Bank and RBS Citizens,
Massachusetts. “The Good Banking Awards program recognizes the commitment and passion that are the hallmark of our credo and our company. We congratulate Lisa on receiving this recognition and thank her for helping us deliver great banking services to our customers.”
A hallmark of the program is the connection it makes between every functional group at the bank and the quality of the banking services and experiences provided for its personal banking, small business and corporate customers.
The Chairman’s Good Banking Awards enable peers and managers to highlight the good work of their colleagues. Since the program launched in early 2012, RBSCFG employees also have sent nearly 26,000 Good
Banking “e-cards” recognizing the work of their co-workers
