Benjamin Sears and Bradford Conner, a singing duo known for combining entertaining performances with outstanding historical research, will play a collection of old show tunes and popular songs at A Musical Feast on Beacon Hill Thursday, February 9. The performance will be held at the Hampshire House, 84 Beacon Street, and is co-sponsored by the Beacon Hill Civic Association and the Beacon Hill Seminars. The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with a seasonal three course dinner buffet featuring delicious foods such as maple roasted turkey, oven roasted pork loin and other seasonal favorites. Sears and Conner have been performing together for over a decade and have delighted audiences around the world with their lively cabaret acts. Their passion as musical historians allows them to bring new life into classics by Irving Berlin, George & Ira Gershwin, Bing Crosby and Fred Astaire. Their reputation as Gershwin performers was honored by the selection of their recordings to be part of the Interactive Kiosk at the new.
