Assault and Battery
10/04/11 – At about 7:15 a.m., an Area D-4 officer responded to a radio call for a report of an assault and battery at 545 Boylston St.
On arrival, the officer spoke with the victim, who stated he was removing a homeless person from the aforementioned address. After the victim requested the suspect leave the premises, the suspect asked the victim what company was based at the location. The victim told the suspect he couldn’t provide that information.
“If you don’t tell me, I won’t leave,” the suspect said before punching the victim in the left cheek area and fleeing the scene.
Police searched the area for the suspect to no avail.
The victim refused medical attention, although the officer reported swelling in the victim’s cheek area was visible.
Larceny, Pick-pocket, Under $50
10/08/11 – A victim arrived at Station 14 and reported she was at Max Brenner, an establishment located at 745 Boylston St., when unknown person(s) removed a red leather wallet from her yellow purse, which was hanging from the back of her chair. The wallet contained the victim’s driver’s license and credit cards.
The victim said she spoke with management, who told her they had a surveillance video and would provide it to Boston detectives.
