Frauds – All Other

02/06/11 – A victim reported to police that he left his Chase credit card at Steve’s Greek Restaurant, located at 316 Newbury St., around noon after eating lunch there.

The victim later discovered that two charges were fraudulently made on his credit card, totaling $620.19.

Assault with a Dangerous Weapon – Knife

02/12/11 – At around 8:23 p.m., officers responded to a radio call for a person with a knife at St. Stephen and Gainsborough streets.

On arrival, police spoke with two victims, who stated that an unknown male suspect pulled a knife from the breast pocket of his jacket and showed it the victims as they were walking home to their St. Stephen Street home.

The victims reported no injuries and said the suspect fled on foot toward Huntington Avenue.

Officers searched the area to no avail and asked the victims to contact police if they saw the suspect again.
